Offered on-site yoga at your offices
Our qualified, experienced and certified teachers come to your venue. Classes are usually one hour and meet from one to three times per week. Packages are tailored to your specific needs and culture that could include weekend workshops, introductory sessions, a series of sessions over a number of weeks or weekly sessions for regular practice – whichever is most appropriate for your group and budget. We also organize Employee Appreciation days with Massage, Wellness Talks and Yoga Demos.

Early morning workout
There is nothing like an early morning workout for the entire body from head to toe. Loosen up any tightness and prepare the body/mind for the day’s labour ahead.
Lunch Time Gentle Yoga
This is the perfect class those new to yoga and those who just need a little break in the middle of the day. Each class will have aspects of breathing, relaxation and postures. A Well Balanced Lunch!
Let Go & Let it Flow! After work Classes
Let go of the day and find your connection to your breath and practice! These classes will be more challenging but geared to all levels.
What kind of Yoga do we teach? We blend different alignment principles, Iyengar, Anusara and Ashtanga. All the classes are Flow…that means we connect our movement to breath. Yoga begins with the breath and we begin all our classes by building this awareness.
